For over 13 years, I have dedicated myself to a singular, passionate pursuit: redefining the very  definition of winemaking.

Opus Flora Vino is not just any winery; it is the world's only Flowerwinery, pioneering a revolutionary approach that sets us apart from every other winemaker on earth.

My journey began with a simple yet profound realization: what if wine could be born directly from the vibrant essence of flowers nature's most aromatic gifts?

Unlike traditional botanical wines, which infuse herbs, spices, or flowers into grapewine, honeywine (mead), or ricewine

( sake) , our flowerwines our creations are a fundamentally different process.

 

I don't infuse; I create.

Imagine a chef, meticulously selecting the finest ingredients to create a cullinairy journey from the ground up.

This is precisely my craft my philosophy.

I bypass conventional fermentation bases entirely, instead i build the very body of flowerwines from a carefully selected foundation of flowers, leaves, herbs, spices, botanicals.

These are 100% natural ingredients, chosen for their purity and aromatic complexity.

This unique method, perfected over more than 13 years and across 11 flowerwines.

Have allowed me to capture the true essence of each botanical abundance with no limits to what is possible.

I am crafting a complete new culinary winespectum.

This is my norm 100% natural, sulfite-free, contain no additives, and are proudly  vegan.

From the legendary ancient civilizations of Mesopotamia to the Chinese dynasties,

Egyptians, and ancient Greece.

These historical practices involved infusing botanical ingredients into existing grape, rice, or honey wines.

While fascinating, this is where our way of working diverges.
